Making a Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order.


We accept payment via Paypal - if you are a registered user you can pay from your existing account. Payments can also be made without logging in via all credit/debit cards.

Please take your time when entering your credit card details as we receive many orders with incorrect details.

Shipping + Handling


Shipping is currently available to UK mainland post codes. Shipping (includes packaging and handling) is charged at £5.00 for all orders under £50; FREE shipping for orders over £50. Other postal methods are available upon request.

We may use couriers to ensure safe arrival of larger orders or if the courier cost is less than using Royal Mail.


Delivery Schedule

We will always dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving your order subject to stock.


Back Orders


If you item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait - please check your emails regularly for any contact we may make.

To prevent hold-ups with any products that may be out of stock we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with equivalent quality, type and the equivalent price or higher.


Tax Charges


All products shown include VAT.


Damaged Items


If your item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us to give details of the damage. We will require photographic proof for claims purposes, and we will dispatch an undamaged item to you (stock permitting) within 1 working day.

Japanese Incenses do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy

Goods correctly received must be in an unused resaleable condition. Customers who wish to return items do so at their own expense. We would recommend a recorded delivery form is used as we cannot be held liable for items returned that are lost or damaged in the post. Please contact us for a returns address. Items returned unopened and in a resaleable condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are made on the next working day after we receive them; Please note that banks can take up to 3 working days to show this back into your account.
